Photo Updates
Photo updates are taken during regular registration hours, which are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  You may update your photo as often as you like.  We recommend that you update it at least every six months to a year to let the Casting Director know that you are still in town and interested in working. You should also update your photo whenever your look changes so that we always have a current picture of what you look like. There is no charge for updating your photo as long as your file has not expired. If you are unsure of your file expiration date, be sure to bring your identification with you when you come in to update your photo.

Please review the list of required documentation to accompany the I-9 form and be sure to bring the required documents with you.

Re-Registration
We are legally required to have a current I-9 form on file for each employee. The I-9 form must be filled out when you first register and expires three years from that date. Therefore, your file will expire at that time. Your file will be categorized inactive, which means that the Casting Directors will be unable to book you until you come in and re-register. We ask that you do not wait until your I-9 form has expired to come in and re-register. This prevents a lapse in your active file and possible re-registration costs. Re-registration occurs during registration hours, which are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. When re-registering you must bring all identification documents required of first time registrants; otherwise we will be unable to renew your file. Union members must bring a current union card or receipt from their union showing that their union dues are current.

Please review the list of required documentation to accompany the I-9 form and be sure to bring the required documents with you.

Additional Photos
A digital photo of you will be taken in our office when you come in to register; however, if you would like to submit additional photos to be added to your profile, simply bring the photos to the Central Casting office. If you do not have photos to submit we would be happy to take additional photos of you with our digital camera. There is a $10.00 processing fee for each additional picture submitted or taken.

You may submit or have your pictures taken Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately only hard copies of photos will be accepted at this time. We cannot accept discs, CDs, or memory sticks. If you have any questions regarding our additional photo policy, please contact us at 818-562-2700.

Please review the list of required documentation to accompany the I-9 form and be sure to bring the required documents with you.
